Description:

Take a jumping rope with nice relaxed grip. Side straddle is practically a jumping jack practicing jumping out and back in. Start with a few balanced steps in comfortable tempo. Front Straddle is a jumping lunge. When jumping make sure that you stay on the balls of your feet.
