Mia Walker

Mia is a Strength and Aerobics instructor. She joined the sport when she was 4 years old, and her passion for stretching, fitness, and gymnastics has grown steadily with each year of training at one of California`s top fitness gyms. Mia is also a huge volleyball fan and likes to play it on the beach at weekends with her colleagues from the gym. “When I think about sport (of any kind) - I feel so much energy inside. When I do it, I feel alive. And my purpose as a trainer is to give people this amazing knowledge, to open the borders of their bodies as well as their minds. Because it’s not right to live in the shell. And sports help us to open this shell, to feel freedom… Freedom of being yourself, your better version, your best friend, and your driving force”.
