The woman is also interested in healthy nutrition and is a member of the Florida Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Her rule #1 is “a sound mind in a sound body”, so she devotes her life to teach her students this philosophy. “You need to work hard to make your body strong. And this is a constant job. It is a lifetime experience. If you are not ready for this - you have nothing to do in any kind of sports”.
